User is not able search in the Approvers tab under RITM

Hi All,

 

There is an issue from a specific user where he cannot search anything from the Approvers tab under the Requested Item record.

When impersonating the user's account, he's not able to search anything from the search functionalities highlighted below. Note this user has an 'itil' and 'approver_user' role.

Are we missing something on this? Thanks.

Yes, on the search bar, the user can type but when 'Enter' key is pressed, there is no results or simply no action happening. No error message as well.

Is the user searching with the correct name? It might be a cache issue, as it's working for all other users. when user search for approve is condition getting build like this
