User profile photo sync from servicenow to AD

Hello everyone,

 

Can someone please share how we can sync the user profile photo from servicenow to on-prem AD using Microsoft AD V2 spokes.

Hi @CheeCheong 

 

OOB Servicenow does not support sync mechanism to push user profile photos from ServiceNow to On-Premises Active Directory (AD).

Also if you check Servicenow Documentation on Microsoft Active Directory v2 Spoke  , there is no spoke action available which supports sync photo with AD.

 

Only it supports sync photos from AD to Servicenow using LDAP import.  Refer: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0597756
