A user is not visible in ServiceNow, but the operations team has confirmed that the user exists in WebPhone and should have been synced to ServiceNow. How we got that user?

Hi @DrendaM 

 

You need to get the user from Webphone to SN. You can do integration of both like we have integration of AD and SN. or create the user manually in SN.
