Good after noon guys - It is me again lol
I am noticing that Tasks are not showing variables.
Tasks have the Variable Editor in the Slush bucket
When I go to the Workflow Activity Form for the task again, "Variables" is there
But the slush bucket does not appear for me to select the variables.
Anyone able to guide me in the right direction? I am truly stuck I was looking to see if there was a rule or some script but did not find anything that jumped out at me.
Thanks.

I think the problem you're having is that you're using the Create Task activity, which is different from the Catalog Task activity.
Use the Catalog Task activity instead and you should be fine.

Thanks for your help, hopefully someone else won't make the same mistake. in case anyone has the same issue:
I checked out the workflow in question and went to it's properties and change the Table to Requested Item [sc_req_item]
Then went in to the Core Table and the Catalog Task option was present.
