Visual Task Board Add Card Functionality

Hello Community,

in Visual Task Boards  I have a guided board that queries the task table so when I add a card it creates a task record.

can I change this behaviour so for example it creates an incident record?
I have tried searching the code for Add Card functionality but cannot find it anywhere, like script includes, client scripts, ui actions etc.

To be able to create Incident records you should Create a data driven Visual Task Board and:

4. From the Task Table list, select a base table of tasks on which to base your board, for example, an incident table.
