Not sure where to post this question related to Walk-Up Experience. Hopefully word this where it makes sense.
We are working on configuring Walk-Up Experience, one of the requirements is to have a 30 minute after appointment work time. We are allowing only 1 appointment per slot.
User schedules appointment at 9:00, the next available appointment is 10. In this scenario, not an issue, except for the user calendar blocking out the full hour, would love the calendar showing the 30-minute appointment only.
User wants an appointment at 9:30, user cannot do this since all the time slots show an hour.
Is there a way to make it so a user can select an appointment in 30-minute increments and have the system show the 30 minutes after appointment work?

If you are using an hour for an appointment, that's what it will say in the calendar. I understand what you are trying to achieve, but that half an hour is there as buffer, right? So it could take 40 minutes without the next person already waiting impatiently? You can't say 'we make an appointment for an hour, but the last half hour isn't an appointment'.

You just confirmed my thoughts! Trying to explain this to the person submitting the request is not so easy. Thank you for the confirmation.

If it's for the person making the appointment, it's a very simple explanation (and if they don't understand, it's their issue, not yours):
"You make an appointment for which we include extra time, just in case it is more complicated than we thought. This way we don't have to keep people waiting. We want to deliver the best possible service. If you are done earlier, you have time to spare, but at least you won't have to watch the clock to see if an issue is resolved in time for your next meeting. As soon as you are done, you can also clear the appointment out of your calendar if you want."
