Watch shaped timer on form for sla real time value

Hi All,

 

I wish to create a watch shaped Timer on form which should start and stop based on the SLA Task configured.  Create this feature which displays count down in real time and also next part is notify clients about the time left.

 

Please suggest on the approaches.
