So our team is trying to determine how to distinguish between the two main parts of SNOW. You have the Service Portal and the....
This is where we are stuck. Service Manager was what I thought it was called, but I haven't found that is any documentation. I looked at some intro docs and I see 'Platform UI' - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-platform-user-interface/page/administer/navigation-and-ui/concept/c_NavigationAndTheUserInterface.html
Just trying to create consistency so all users know what we are referring to when we talk about the back-end. Would like to go with what SNOW calls it if they have it defined.
All suggestions welcome!!!

We also just call it "The Platform" or like Jeff said Platform UI or even ITIL Platform.

Agree with the other comments... we call it the UI or Platform UI.

We call it the Platform, or if I'm trying to distinguish between Service Portal and the Service Catalog, we'll refer to the Catalog as the CMS.
