What does Type 'Excluded' mean in a Schedule Entry

Just making sure our bank holiday entries are sorted and came across this. Should the type be set to 'Excluded' when you wish SLA's to pause on a schedule entry?

Hi,
Excluded type means it Excludes time periods from SLA counts.
