Dear All,
I'm just confuse between the actual difference integrationHub and orchestration?
Orchestration: ServiceNow® Orchestration extends the workflow engine to manage processes and to automate things outside of a ServiceNow instance. Orchestration is available as a separate subscription from the rest of the ServiceNow platform.
IntegrationHub: Automate integration tasks using ServiceNow-built components for Flow Designer, or develop custom integrations. Requires a separate subscription.
Pls clarify below doubts:
1) In orchestration also we can use automate integration tasks using workflows?
2) I heard that In new york version Orchestration will replace to integrationHub? is it true? But I can see both plugin.
So what is the actual difference between both? Pls clarify. Thanks in advance. Mehak

Hi Mehek,
Check this post which I think is very relevant to what you're asking and is also more practical in its response:
Basically, IntegrationHub (IH) is Workflow Orchestration(WFO) - without requiring users to know a lot of scripting. Integrations are delivered as spokes which follow a plug and play model and you can build complex workflow visually which makes it very easy to use and maintain.
If you use IH, you may not really need to go back to WFO unless you have a special use case that IH cannot or does not address right now. But the chances for that are less.

Hi Jeff, In Saba integrationHub training docs, I read below line.
As of the Madrid release, ServiceNow is no longer selling Orchestration. Orchestration will continue to be available only as an entitlement of IntegrationHub.
That means from madrid version orchestration will not be available for new customers, they will only use integrationHub? I'm Right?
Thanks,
Mehak

Orchestration is no longer sold as stand-alone. Its’s now bundled with Integration Hub or Automation Engine packages.
