e.g Email can be business service offered by IT org in company which is has downstream infra CI's like apps, databases, servers....
Business process are like How I am planning to house above business services with the term "Management" in them. Incident, Problem, Change, Project, Asset, etc.
e.g you can use below taxonomy to map business process with services
Incident, Release, Problem, would be process category = Operations type business service
Vulnerability Management and Threat Modeling would be process category = Security type business service
Product Management, Defect Management, would be process category = Development type business service
