I assume that https://www.servicenow.com/docs is implemented on the ServiceNow platform.
Is this functionality also available / offered to the customers?
Is it a plugin?
Thanks.

Hi @OrlinR
ServiceNow developed the Docs site using its own Knowledge Management app, and its Service Portal framework, with significant customisation.
So it is a ServiceNow solution, but multiple plugins were used and a lot of development time was required.
Long story short:Customers could implement something similar, but it wouldn't be as simple as installing a plugin.

Thanks for a quick reaction.
In KM module I cannot find the breadcrum navigation - i.e.
Home->Building Applications->developing your application->..etc
KM does not seem to have the Table of Content view possibility on the left side, the watch, save PDF, Share, Like and Print options on the upper right, etc.
We are using Xanadu.
Am I missing something? Thanks.
Rgards,
Orlin

HI @OrlinR
The KM product we are using is not the same as what is shown on the docs site. The docs site has more customizations built on top of the KM module. So, achieving a 100% match in behavior, look, and feel between what we see on the docs site and what we have in KM is challenging.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
