Preventing Duplicate License Assignments in Instance Level Entitlements

Hi everybody,

In subscription management, specifically in instance level entitlements, I have two types of IT service management: Professional and Standard.

When I assign two different groups that share common users, the system automatically prevents duplicates within the same entitlement type.
However, if I add Group "A" to "Professional" and it contains a user who is also in Group "B," previously assigned to "Standard," the system counts a double license - meaning the user appears in both Standard and Professional.

Is there a way to prevent duplicates across the two license types?

I think for this, better to speak with the SN account manager to the account team, the team can guide you better on this.

 

My experience says, no it is not possible but as backend with SN, so team can help you.
