Hi,
I see that when you answer the question you immediately talk about Catalogues and ordering something. I do understand that the word Request kind of implicitly says that someone is asking for something and therefore there will be items linked to the request. BUT..... Can one talk about Requests, Requests Items and Case Tasks, when not talking about Service Catalogue but just Cases, meaning Questions or challenges customers have? Let say, a customer creates a Cases saying. "My product X is behaving in this way, can someone help me?" The Support agent takes the Case and sees that he needs some information from other internal teams in his company to answer that, so he creates a ".............." to ask his colleagues. What is the most normal or common function to use to ask colleagues when you do not want to assign the Case to other teams but keep it and wait for the answer to come?
