Are there any best practices for how groups are managed across multiple modules in the ServiceNow platform? Are folks using separate groups for each module or the same groups across modules? Are there pros and cons of both ways?
i.e., Separate groups for ITIL and Agile modules with the same personnel in two groups versus having one group with both ITIL and Agile types and roles assigned.
Also, are there any limitations between modules for group management? i.e., do some modules require exclusive groups that are not shared across modules?
