“What’s New” tab missing in Help Center in Zurich PDI

Hi everyone,

I’m using a Zurich Personal Developer Instance (PDI) and noticed that the “What’s New” tab is not visible in the Help Center.

Things I checked:

  • Searched for the “Whats New Framework Core” plugin in System Definition → Plugins but it is not available.

  • Looked for the “What’s new content weekly refresh” scheduled job, but it also does not exist.

  • The Help Center only shows:

    • Help articles

    • Getting started with Application Manager

    • Add New Content

    • Provide Feedback

My questions:

  1. Is the What’s New framework removed or deprecated in the Zurich release?

  2. Or is it just not available in PDIs by default?

  3. Is there a plugin or feature flag required to enable it?

Any clarification would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi @TayyabU

You’re right, it is not available in the PDI in the Zurich release.”

Hi @TayyabU ,

It seems for PDI , this plugin is not available. This was reported earlier by other community memmber.

In your client instance, if you face the same issue ,

Repair Plugin : "Whats New Framework Core"
then go to scheduled job "What's new content weekly refresh" and Execute Now . - It will work.
