“What’s New” tab missing in Help Center in Zurich PDI

Hi everyone,
I’m using a Zurich Personal Developer Instance (PDI) and noticed that the “What’s New” tab is not visible in the Help Center.
Things I checked:
Searched for the “Whats New Framework Core” plugin in System Definition → Plugins but it is not available.
Looked for the “What’s new content weekly refresh” scheduled job, but it also does not exist.
The Help Center only shows:
Help articles
Getting started with Application Manager
Add New Content
Provide Feedback
My questions:
Is the What’s New framework removed or deprecated in the Zurich release?
Or is it just not available in PDIs by default?
Is there a plugin or feature flag required to enable it?
Any clarification would be appreciated.
