Where can end users see feedback tasks?

We have knowledge feedback tasks enabled in our system, and they are generating as expected when users mark the article as not helpful or rated it lower than a specified value. I'm just wondering, are the submitters supposed to see the generated feedback task? This is because OOB, there is an Awaiting Information state, so I just assumed they should have some way of seeing the feedback tasks they generated aside from the links included in the feedback task notification.

OOTB there is no place were submitters can see their feedback tasks (and the conversation about it with the support office) outside the link they get in the notification mail.
I think feedback tasks should be visible in the same way incidents and requests are visible in the My Tickets widget.
