I have requests that are getting this not when the request is submitted.
I assumed this is coming from a Service Catalog Request workflow, but I do not see this workflow anywhere in my system. And the request does not have a Show Workflow UI Action, so is there really a workflow in play?
Any idea where this might be coming from then?

Hi Joanne,
You should be able to set this in System policy > Rules > Approval, by default there will be an approval rule which automates the request approval (if the price is 1000$ or less), you can set a rule for requests that cost over 1000$ to be approved by some sr. manager say a Finance Dept head.

Also there is a workflow which you can see by clicking on the "show workflow" link in the REQ that you submitted. The workflow will be based on the price of the request.
Thanks,
Siraj

Thank you! I did not even know about Approval Rules.
