Where to configure help text / hint in Workspace?

Hi,
I can see that a label's hint is different in Workspace and in core with a selected language (we have translations but its not the problem now).
The problem is I cant find where the original hint text have been configured for workspace. I see that the normal label hint text is something like "xyz", and in core this works. But in Workspace there's different text like "yxyzz". Both appear when English is selected.
We are in San Diego and App enginge license so custom Workspace. I can't find any documentation how help texts and hints are setup in workspaces, there must be other place than sys_documentation, since the hint text I see in workspace is completely unfamiliar. In workspace there is a question mark on the right side of the field, which by hovering over shows the hint.

Hi,
Unfortunately, this functionality is not currently supported in Agent Workspace.
But I do know there's a table called sys_declarative_action_assignment where we define all the UI components related to workspace and define Tooltip for the components in the workspace.

Hi, thanks for quick reply. Its good to know, that components can have tooltips, we have need for that also.
Is there difference maybe for app engine custom workspace and Agent workspace? This problem comes to a custom field in a form. It's still odd that the custom text is different in core and workspace, so somehow it has been configured.

It's overall the same for app engine custom workspace and Agent workspace!!
It's the base workspace which doesn't have this capability as of now.

Thanks, just wanted to check that. I noticed now that there is "i" symbol next to field label and "?" symbol inside field next to the magnifying class. The "i" symbol shows what is configured in label's hint field (I used same txt also in label's Help text). The i symbol shows what is configured, but the ?-icon shows something different. So it is that ?-icon which text I'm trying to find from the platform.
