Where to see the OOB Related lists

Hello,

Under Related lists module, i am unable to see the OOB related lists for incident like Task sla, incident->parent incident and other Related list and i am selecting the view as default but no luck, can anyone suggest me how to find them.

Hi Tejaswini,

check whether those related lists are added on form or not by checking configure related list

if they are added in the related list then check any onload client script or UI policy is hiding those using script

Hello Ankur,

i have configured the related lists in my form, please see the screen shot

but i just want to check the scripting part how they are configured under related lists module and i have checked ui policies as well as client scripts in my Personal Developer instance, deactivated few but still no luck. Can you help me on this?

Hi ,

Related list functionality depends on reference fields or many-to-many table relationships. If two tables are related via the system dictionary, one can appear as a related list on the other.

As per the screenshot reference, Task SLAs and Child Incidents related lists are the relations based on the reference fields . In Task SLAs table, task is the reference field so it created a related list based on the reference field.
