Which service now versions are currently supported??

Which service now versions/release families are currently supported?? How do I get to know if Service Now is planning to withdraw support for a specific version/ release family?? Is it through the   "HI" communication??

How much time will we be given before a version becomes unsupported??

Service will support n-3 versions,


This means you will have support till Geneva since JAkarta is current version.

ServiceNow supports the current family release and the two before it to ensure you have the best and most secure product to meet your business needs. For example, if Istanbul is the current release, Geneva and Helsinki are fully supported.

May we have an update of what the current support version of older versions of ServiceNow

Is it still N-3? Is it N-2? Is it N-1?
