Whitelisting email by referencing it from table & field configuration

I have the requirement as mentioned below:
1. Confirm the email addresses that should be included in the whitelist in addition to the following three tables/fields:
 
*Table:Field
-sys_user.email
-sys_user_group.email
-sysauto_report.email_addresses
 
2. Consider how to reference the email addresses from 1. as part of the BR's whitelist
