Who can trigger system notification

Hello - is there a specific role required to trigger system notifications?

Example, i have created a notification to be sent when an outage is created.  Right now, the notification is only triggered if I begin the outage.  Other users can begin the outage, but the notification is not being triggered when they do it, only when i do it.

I don't think there is any role which is required to trigger a notification until n unless it gets triggered via an event.

Normal notification created should trigger automatically as soon as the condition is met.

Wht is the condition in ur notification?

The trigger is to Send when - Event is fired

From where is event getting fired?

If it's from a script or flow plz check whether the other users have access to execute it or not. In this scenario the most probable cause is they don't have the permission to execute.

U can check whether the event is fired or not in event logs under filter navigator.
