Hi
I am using the link:
https://dev101419.service-now.com/
But as soon as it loads, the page redirects to:
https://dev101419.service-now.com/now/appenginestudio/home
Not sure why, so I cant access my instance. I am very new to servicenow. Any help would be ace.
Thanks, Rob.

May i know what role you have ?
Are you an admin user?
Can you open "https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do" and go to "Change User Role" and set your role as admin.
Quick Demo:
If my answer helped you, kindly mark it as correct and helpful.

Old thread but...here's what I kept doing wrong...
I was adding dev.do to the end of my PDI URL.
For example: https://dev101419.service-now.com/dev.do
Once I copy\pasted the developer site URL (not my PDI !!!)
It worked right away.

Hi,
I have the same issue of redirection to App engine studio. While I try https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do" the "Change User Role" is disabled for me. Please help.

I have the same problem too, it redirects to appenginestudio/home. I have tried it on Quebec verson, the same error occurs as rome. I have also cleared my browser cache too. The same error shows up still. I have requested and tested it on multiple instances.

Updating the user role to "admin" solved my problem.
Thank you!
