Work Note update notification wont send when work note is updated by email.

I'm having some trouble with the "Incident worknoted for ITIL" notification.
More specifically, while an email notification is sent whenever there is an update to the Work Notes in the incident form, when the Work Note is updated via email reply, there is no notification.
What is the cause of this and how can I resolve this issue?

Hi @kaemi ohno,
When you send an email, have you verified whether it got added to work notes in activities? Please check and if not, then you need to add it to work notes. Also, make sure to checked Send to Event creator checkbox as true. It will work.
