I have created a scoped app that has 2 tables extended from task. each table has the OOTB work notes field. When I built the fields on the table I can see everything fine. However when I impersonate one of the user's who I've assigned the custom app's role to, I cannot see the work notes field on either table. I also cannot see the entry box on one of the tables for the OOTB "comments" field.
why would this be happening?
thanks!

Hello Patrick,
I think ACL is restricting the access to the user. Can you please create ACL against the field and check once.

Hi
Please check which roles are applied on ACLs for work notes field.
Regards,
Sachin

thanks guys...so OK if I want the user's who have the role for this custom app to be able to CRUD on the work notes field I need to create 4 ACLs needed to grant that access...correct?
when I go to create the "read" access ACL, I enter the name of the table in my custom app. My application is set because my scope is set to that app as well.
I then set the field. And I then set the role needed. Here's my screen:
then when I go to submit I see this...any concerns I should know of?
or this is good to go?
