Hi,
I need a help with Workflow Activity. I've set up a Catalog Item that recalls a Workflow. At the beginning of it, I've set up a timer, but instead of waiting X seconds, it stops and activity remains in running state.
I've already tried with other Workflows and different timers, even recreating the timer, but it does not work.
- Tried to Nudge Workflow Context, no results;
- Tried to run a Scheduled Jobs to re-schedule Workflow or trigger it, nothing happens;
- Tried to delete transaction in User Adminstration > All Active Transactions, but I was not able to delete it.
Could please someone help me solving this issue?

RESOLVED:
After speaking with suppport engineer, the problem was resolved by restarting the instance.
Here the possible cause that Support has told me:
"The instance is in "Paused" state which inactivated the worker threads which resulted in an error in the timer or scheduled job."

Can you also tell how to check the state of instance ? where does it show that instance is paused ?

I had to open a ticket to support to know that.
I'm not aware of any method to know if instance is paused or not
