How to add auto numbering in table form in servicenow

ahoy @desaiharsha,

auto-numbering works on default, however if you want want to change it (e.g. number of digits or prefix), then go to Number Maintenance module:

Select table and adjust accordingly, example on Incident table:

Hey @desaiharsha 

In ServiceNow, auto-numbering works by default for tables.

If you are using a custom table and want to enable auto-numbering, you can configure it through Number Maintenance.

Next go to sys_number  table create one record

Just select table name , prefix 

After this setup servicenow  automatically generates numbers for records when a new record is created .

Navigate on form : Configure > Table

check the Auto Number Checkbox !
