Hi guys, I am new here so Iam not sure if this is even possible but I will try to ask.  is it possible to work with python, NLP in servicenow and connect it together ? Even program online lets say and run the code in servicenow so its all under one roof?  If it is, could you please show me the direction to which path to go? Thank you.

the trend in ServiceNow is to use as little code as possible, and there are more and more low-code/no-code tools implemented.

 

And when I say code, I mean mostly JavaScript, in some few cases it's jelly, or it can be HTML, and CSS. But with Python, I would say it's not possible to use it in ServiceNow at all...

 

I don't know what do you mean with "NLP", but I don't believe that's something that could change what I wrote above....
