Hello,

I wanted to ask regarding ServiceNow CSA exam for renewal, which is showing my certificate will expire soon, how can It take that exam? Is this again proctor based and do I pay for that?? please help me with this query's

You will be getting a announcement on top of banner of servicenow university page, if it is asking you to pay, then you've to pay through it. Renewal exam is also known as Delta. 

Delta is simple to give , it is not proctored , it is like the exam for micro certifications

If you are receiving this essay in Now Learning, it means you need to appear for the DELAT exam. The DELAT exam is similar to an open-book exam and usually includes 6–10 questions. Once you clear it, you can maintain your certification for another year.

When the CSA shown to be expire soon just refer to the yearly maintenance program. You need to take the delta to not lose your certification.
