Hi Community,
As part of my self-initiated learning journey, I recently worked on a personal project where I explored the idea of an Autonomous Enterprise Brain (AEB) built on the ServiceNow platform.
The intent was to understand how enterprise signals can be captured, analyzed, and converted into governed decisions within ServiceNow.
Core concepts I explored:
Capturing signals from multiple workflows (ITSM / ITOM / GRC scenarios)
Structuring a Signal → Insight → Decision → Action flow
Maintaining decision logs for traceability and audit
Simulating AI-assisted recommendations (rule + logic based)
This was implemented in a Personal Developer Instance as a learning and architectural experiment, not a production system.
I’m sharing this to learn from others and understand how decision intelligence is being approached in real ServiceNow implementations.
Question to the community:
How are you currently handling decision traceability and governance when automation or AI is involved?
Looking forward to learning from your experiences.
