inbound email is not working

Newly created instance, inbound email is not working on that instance

Hi @sharyuw,

inbound email usually doesn’t work until a few basic configurations are completed.
Please check the following:

  1. Email Properties – Go to System Properties → Email and ensure inbound email is enabled.

  2. Email Account – Verify that an inbound email account (POP3/IMAP) is configured and active.

  3. Inbound Actions – Confirm that required Inbound Email Actions are active.

  4. Email Logs – Check System Mailboxes → Inbound → Received/Errors to see if emails are being received or failing.
