Instance asking login credentials.

Hi Team,

 

PDI Instance asking login credentials, unable to login, I tried Mange instance, however its asking create new instance or new PDI.  How to get my instance back?

After we hit on start building it should redirect to MFA, however its redirecting to username and password, and when i to provide, its showing incorrect.

Sounds like an server issue for PDI, it happens sometimes

 

1. you can  release this PDI and get request a new PDI

or

2. Wait for sometime and try logging in again, i dont think there is any dedicated support for PDIs.

 

Also always take backups going forward, if your work is critical, as PDI break more frequently.

Navigate to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

When you click on Manage instance, what status is showing.

Like wise mine one showing Online

 

Note: If your one is showing Terminated, You have to request for new instance
