login issue with pdi

i have received my instance from service now but, when i try to login with that  user name and password it is showing incorrect even thought i given the valid details

Nowdays , this issue is faced by multiple users , First just try to reset password as mentioned by @Dr Atul G- LNG  then try to login this kind  url https://devxxxxxx.service-now.com/login.do

Hi @chundusrile 

 

 

  • Log in to the ServiceNow Developer Site.
  • Hover over the Manage tab in the top navigation bar and click on Instance.
  • Locate the Action or instance dropdown menu.
  • Select Reset instance password 
  • Use the newly generated temporary password to log in to your instance as Admin user
