Hi ,

I need support to the lab module TASK - TASK . I have been doing 3 times already and failed . I stuck in this lab and I can not continue to the next task and module until this task is validated .

Can you help me or guiding me what I am missing on it ? Please . See attachment below .

Are you checking with right user (impersonation) and some time it is instance issue as well.

Ensure  incident tickets have been assigned to Platform User and then add it to the Visual Task Board.
