Not able to install application from local vscode environment

I have successfully installed the application from local vscode, but the later install commands does not seem to work. What I am doing wrong here? The build works, but not the install command.

What plugin have you installed or how you have installed the app from local vscode.

I am using the ServiceNow SDK to install the custom application from my local machine.
