Not receiving OTP mails to my mail for logging into servicenow university

Hello @Sunil2021 ,
I am not able to receive my OTP emails while I try to login to the ServiceNow University and I asked the support through SSO. It asked my username and password and then it is not resolving my issue and showing "I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation." what should I do now, how to resolve this issue. Below is the screenshot attached of the error occurring through the support. Please help me in resolving this issue as early as possible. It is very emergency for me to login and write the delta examination of the certifications I have in my account. So please help me and resolve this issue.

If you are not receiving OTP email , then
1) check spam/junk folders, verify the correct email, and wait a few minutes.
2) If issue persists - then use a private/incognito window,
3) try an alternative MFA option if set up,
or
contact Now Learning Support to request an MFA reset.

Hi @SaiUpeshJ,
There can be several reasons, but as you have mentioned in detail, I think there might be mainly 2 issues:
1. You may have been blocked by ServiceNow in case of miscellaneous reasons.
2. Check the spam and try to see the issue with your email, which should be receiving the OTP.
You can raise the case using a different email ID on ServiceNow University. Otherwise, try to use the custom support.

@SaiUpeshJ There is no issue with your account being able to access ServiceNow University. As others have mentioned below:
1) check spam/junk folders, verify the correct email, and wait a few minutes.
2) If issue persists - then use a private/incognito window,
3) try an alternative MFA option if set up
If those don't work, open a case with Now Support as they will be able to act on SSO issues quicker than the University support.
