Hello,
I am facing issue with simple tool as CRTL+P is not working. If wanted to take print of full page but showing only 1 page to take print on the screen. Similarly, when taking screenshot only half of the page screenshot is coming while selecting full page screenshot option. For the reference sharing the screenshot to the page attached below.

Its not ServiceNow tool Issue.
1. Test CTRL +P in a basic app like Notepad. If it works there, the issue isn't Windows; it's an application-specific problem.
2. Check for Software Conflicts
Background programs or third-party utilities can override Windows shortcuts.
Close running software
or
try a clean boot to see if another application is hijacking the keys
3. Reach out to your local help desk. They can check if
a. there is key driver issue.
b. there is a problem in keyboard

All troubleshooting related to the issue has been performed and still the issue persists. For all RITM pages the print is unable to take full pages. Is there any fix to this issue.

Hi @rutujalande
- Click the top-right button (usually the username's initials and/or avatar) within the banner frame.
- Select Printer friendly version.
- Print (or PDF) the form page.
