Hi @TalhaN,
For a PDI you cannot remove or bypass MFA for yourself without logging in, if you no longer have access to the corresponding authenticator. The practical fix is to reset the PDI instance and then configure again.
TO RESET THE PDI INSTANCE:
-> Go to ServiceNow developer site (https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do) and log in.
-> Click on the Down arrow on Top right corner.
-> Click on "Manage my instance" in which there will be a dropdown called "Action" on the Top right corner.
-> Click it and choose "Reset and wipe instance" and confirm.
-> Now you can proceed with your new PDI instance.

Hi, @TalhaN .
I’ve had a similar experience myself, but unfortunately, as far as I know, there are currently no techniques to bypass multi‑factor authentication, temporarily treat something as an authentication app, or trick the system into misrecognizing it as legitimate multi‑factor authentication.
As @akkd mentioned, I believe it’s necessary to reset PDI and attempt the reconfiguration.
regards.
