Request for Earlier CSA Exam Date Voucher

Dear Support Team,

I have completed the CSA course and am currently a partner with the company. I wish to take the certification exam via Webassessor; however, I have received a Pearson VUE voucher instead. The scheduled exam date is November 18, but I need to obtain my certification before that date.

Could you please advise how I can receive a voucher to take the exam on an earlier date?

Hi @NicolasNguyen ,
If you had registered for the exam on or before November 2nd, it would have been possible to take it via Webassessor, which might have allowed for an earlier exam date.

However, due to the ongoing transition to Pearson VUE for certification delivery, and since you've already received a Pearson voucher, the earliest available exam date will be November 18.

It was pre-informed to everyone that, if you had registered for the exam on or before November 2, you would have been able to take it through Webassessor, which might have got an earlier exam date.

However, since certification delivery is currently transitioning to Pearson VUE and you’ve already received a Pearson voucher, the earliest available exam date is November 18 only.

You have to give exam on or after 18 November on Pearson VUE, no option to give exam before that.
