Retreving a hibernated instance

Hey I am trying to retreive a hibernated instance which is dev297013.service-now.com but i am not able to retrive it , can someone help get back this instance

Hi @SreeCharanG ,

 

The short answer is no - if the PDI has been claimed back to the pool, then you're out of luck. There is no way to get it back.

Hi @SreeCharanG 

PDI does not come with support, which means once a PDI has been reclaimed or  move to Hibernate, we have limited ability to assist. For Hibernate, you can wait for some time, but if it is reclaimed, there is no way to recover it.

Hi @SreeCharanG,

 

The answer is NO; the PDI instance does not have the support, so once the instance is hibernated, the data in it will be gone. But don't worry; sometimes there are chances that you will receive your PDI instance. It may  take a week or more. 

I will recommend you to make another PDI for safety's sake; this will help you in your future work.
