Options on the third drop down is not visible what may be the problem?

are you sure the field has choices in it?

Hi @EdmarM 

 

Ensure You have added choices for your custom field request_type in problem form. and the Choices are ACtive.

 

  • Right click on Request Type field in Problem Record form ->Click Show choice List
  • In the Choice table field, select the table  as problem 
  • In the Choice field, select the request_type field 
  • Check if Active choices are there
