I completed the below trainings in ServiceNow learning portal. Can I now register for the exam with the pre requisites completed ? Also, Is there any special discount or voucher available for the CSA exam ?

No discount or free voucher is available, so you will need to pay for the exam. As you have already completed the training, you are ready for the certification.

Yes, if you have completed the prerequisite, then you can register for the exam. Furthermore, according to my current knowledge, there is no discount available for the exam.
