Hi @sonalagupta

Yes, this issue is occurring frequently. In particular, when you try to access articles from ServiceNow Support, they are only visible for a few seconds while the page is loading. Once the page has fully loaded, the article shows as unavailable.

The workaround I’ve found is to cancel the page loading as soon as the article appears, which allows you to view it successfully.

Hope my response helps 🙂

Hi @sonalagupta,

I'm having the same issue, tried clearing Chrome cache and relaunching, the docs page still hangs on starting application.

What I have found is opening https://www.servicenow.com/docs/home in an incognito window the page loads fine.

Hope this helps.

What I have noticed is, that apparently ServiceNow seems to have updated the links(slightly). If you are searching on Edge, it takes you to the old link which errors out. Edge is probably catching up to recognise the new URIs from ServiceNow. Whereas if you use Chrome, the search results seem to point to the right link. For example,  when I search for 'glide.identification_engine.update_without_switch_enabled servicenow', Edge search returns servicenow.com/docs/r/xanadu/servicenow-platform/configuration-management-database-cmdb/c_CIReclassification-d70958e17272.html (which  does not exist) and Chrome search returns servicenow.com/docs/r/xanadu/servicenow-platform/configuration-management-database-cmdb/c_CIReclassification-d70991e18270.html or servicenow.com/docs/r/servicenow-platform/configuration-management-database-cmdb/c_CIReclassification.html (both works). Notice the slight difference at the end of the URI
