servicenow for teams is not working from Teams but Teams chat is working from Servicenenow to teams

Hi,
For me servicenow for teams is not working from Teams but Teams chat is working from Servicenenow to teams.
I can click on servicenow for teams and able to see the prompts, when clicked on the prompt say 'Can you help me order some IT equipment' there is no response back.
