Hi ServiceNow Community,

I am currently working at Top Indian MNC and for the past 3 months I have been focusing on learning ServiceNow, specifically in the ITSM module. I am now planning to pursue the CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.

Could you please guide me on how I can register and prepare for this certification through the ServiceNow Partner Portal? Also, I would like to know if this certification can be accessed free of cost through the Partner Portal, or if there are any charges involved.

First of all, since you mentioned that you're working in an MNC—does your company happen to be a ServiceNow partner?

If yes, then you should ask your manager to add you to the Partner Portal and link your official company email with Now Learning. Once that’s done, you’ll get access to the benefits available for partner companies.

Please note, we can't assist much from this side—you need to clarify this with your manager. Once you're officially tagged on the Now Learning portal under your company's partner account, you'll be able to enroll in the CSA training, and you may receive a voucher to take the exam for free.

Just to add: this is completely dependent on your company's partnership agreement with ServiceNow. The availability of free or discounted vouchers varies, so it's best to confirm this directly with your manager.

Hi @smshaik22 ,

If your company is servicenow partner then they will be having a partner portal. Ask your manager who is managing partner portal, Create account on partner portal and get access of it. After gettign access once you will log to Serviceno university and naviagte to any course- you will find all vouchers/exams with 0 $. So you can complete Welcome to sevicenow Course + Welcome to Servicenow Micro certification + Servicenow Admin fundamantals trainings. Once done claim your voucher. This voucher will be applicable for 1 year, during this one year you can schedule your exam anyday.

Register for ServiceNow University using your Work email ID and register for Partner Portal account. Since your company is ServiceNow Partner, on completion of On-demand learning courses for CSA learning path, you will get a voucher that can be redeemed for free. All CIS exams and CAD exam is also free of cost for ServiceNow Partners, you can complete on-demand course and redeem the voucher.
