Hello Community,
I am facing issue with one of the methods in ServiceNow RPA, while bot configuring process, I tried to solve it but unfortunately it shows error and unable to execute it.

Hi @RathanK,
You may encounter the "win element 'Element_name' could not be found" error when the element is not present in the background or if there have been changes to the match rules of the captured element.
Kindly verify the match rules for the 'txtName' element under the global objects section. Here's how you can do this:
- Open the project and expand the global objects in the project explorer.
- Locate the captured element screen. In your case, this is the 'txtName' element.
- Right-click on the screen, under which element is present and select "Configure."
- Right-click on the captured element and select "Refresh."
- The element should turn green. If it doesn't, please review the match rules and adjust the locators and match rules accordingly.
