Summarize multiple incidents

Now Assist can summarize an individual incident but is there a way to let it summarize a whole list of incidents?

No, as of now, we can’t do bulk incident summary. @martinegueb

Hey Hi,

Yes - but not with the standard OOTB skill as it can summarize only 1 incident at a time

This is actually a pretty good use case. You can try it in flow designer but in that too you need to 1st create a custom prompt that fetches all Incident's data then this consolidated data must be sent into custom skill then you can ask something like summarize all P1 incidents from this week
