TASK - TASK Simulation Lab ( Problem missing in the visual Task Board )

Hi ,

I need help on this lab . I tried twice already but  I got the same error , is not showing the problem in visual task board )  , is missing and I already entered but for some reason is not showing here .When I open the problem ticket description is there but its missing in the visual task board .

Is anyone can help me on this ? Please

Ensure  incident tickets have been assigned to Platform User and then add it to the Visual Task Board.
